The Australian Defence Force requests feedback on a proposed airspace change to amend extant restricted airspace R564A above Singleton Training Area.
Purpose
This amendment is being proposed to mitigate any potential airspace safety risk due to increased activity at Singleton Training Area, by increasing the current R564A hours of operation to 24 hours.
Proposal
The Australian Defence Force requests feedback on a proposed airspace change to amend extant restricted airspace R564A above Singleton Training Area.
R564A is currently active from 7am to 11pm local time, unless amended by NOTAM. To mitigate the risk from increased activity and repeated NOTAM activation, Defence is proposing R564A be amended to 24 hours.
There will be no change to the lateral or vertical dimensions of R564A.
