Gilmour proposes the establishment of a permanent restricted area (RA), activated by Notice to Airmen (NOTAM), to exclude all aircraft from this risk.
Submission of an advisory Aviation State Engagement Forum (AvSEF) paper notifying the continuation of the activity within the airspace dimensions over the new 3-month time period and to consult NOTAMs for activation timings.
